Saturday, May 9

7:30 a.m. - Breakfast with the Birds at the Prairie Heritage Center. We will be carpooling to other locations as well.

10:30 a.m. - Trumpeter Swan Release at the Waterman Prairie Site - Hanging Valley - 1 1/2 miles South of Hwy 10 on Wilson Ave. There will be a bit of a hike to the release location.

2:00 p.m. - Science and Archaelogy Take Flight - Discover the links between these two disciplines. Birds were not just used as food by native peoples. This presentation will take place at the Prairie Heritage Center.

3:30 p.m. - Cat Tail Decoys - Try your hand at weaving a cat tail decoy to take home with you. The presentation will be at the Center.

7:30 p.m. - Enjoy a family movie with a wildlife twist. Movie and popcorn will be show at the Prairie Heritage Center.

Sunday, May 10 -

1:00 p.m. Meet at the Oneota Cabin in Spencer for a carpooling excursion to local Watchable Wildlife locations.
